Returns, Refunds, and Product Eligibility Policy

We are committed to maintaining consistent operational standards, preserving product integrity, and ensuring fair treatment across all transactions. The provisions set out in this policy govern the conditions under which return requests, refund requests, and product eligibility determinations will be reviewed and processed.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms of this policy. These terms form part of the contractual agreement between you and us at the moment a purchase is completed.

1. Defined Return Review Period

All requests relating to returns, refunds, or order discrepancies must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery, as reflected by the official tracking information supplied by the shipping carrier.

This review period is provided solely to allow customers a reasonable opportunity to inspect the delivered merchandise for manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, or damage sustained during transit. This period is not intended to serve as an open-ended approval period, trial period, or discretionary return period after use, wear, or prolonged possession of the product.

Once thirty (30) calendar days have elapsed from the confirmed delivery date, the transaction shall be deemed fully performed, accepted, and conclusively finalized. After that point, the order becomes permanently ineligible for return review, refund consideration, exchange processing, store credit, or any other financial adjustment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The passage of time beyond this defined period constitutes conclusive acceptance of the merchandise in the condition delivered.

2. Product Condition and Return Eligibility Standards

Any product submitted for return consideration must satisfy strict condition requirements. All merchandise received for inspection will undergo an internal review process to determine compliance with these standards.

Returned products must be received in the exact condition in which they were originally shipped. Merchandise must remain entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Products must not display any evidence of wear, handling beyond reasonable inspection, laundering, contamination, or exposure to environmental conditions inconsistent with standard inspection.

For sanitary, commercial, and inventory control reasons, items must also be free from all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, smoke, detergent, cosmetic residue, pet hair, stains, or any other indicators of personal use.

All original tags, labels, protective coverings, authenticity components, branded materials, and packaging must remain intact, attached, and undamaged. Original packaging is considered part of the product itself for the purposes of return eligibility. Missing, damaged, replaced, or altered packaging may result in immediate disqualification.

A valid proof of purchase must accompany any request for review. Acceptable proof includes an order confirmation, invoice, or other official purchase record issued by us.

If any product fails to satisfy these condition requirements upon inspection, the return request will be rejected and no refund, exchange, credit, or other compensation will be issued.

3. Mandatory Return Authorization Requirement

No return may be sent to us without prior written authorization.

Before returning any merchandise, customers must contact our support team and submit a formal request for review. If, and only if, the request is preliminarily approved, the customer will receive return instructions and authorization details.

Any item shipped to us without prior authorization may be refused upon delivery, returned to sender where possible, or otherwise disregarded. We assume no responsibility for any unauthorized shipment, including but not limited to loss, damage, misdelivery, storage fees, or disposal.

Submission of a return request does not constitute approval of a refund, nor does it create any obligation on our part to accept the item.

4. Return Guidelines and Product Eligibility Limitations

Certain products and categories of transactions are designated as non-returnable due to operational, sanitary, logistical, and commercial considerations.

Most importantly, any item purchased at a discounted price is deemed final at the moment of sale. This includes, without limitation, merchandise purchased during promotional events, limited-time sales, bundle offers, clearance reductions, seasonal markdowns, introductory pricing campaigns, or purchases in which any discount code, coupon, or promotional credit has been applied.

All such discounted or promotional purchases are expressly excluded from eligibility for return, refund, credit, exchange, or post-purchase adjustment of any kind, except to the limited extent otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase involving any reduction from the standard listed price, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the reduced pricing constitutes consideration for the finality of the transaction. You further acknowledge and agree that the transaction is irrevocable once completed, that no post-purchase pricing adjustments will be granted, and that the item becomes permanently ineligible for refund or return processing.

This condition is a material basis upon which discounted pricing is offered. The availability of reduced pricing reflects operational planning, inventory forecasting, and commercial allocation decisions. Accordingly, discounted transactions are treated as final and binding.

In addition to discounted merchandise, we also reserve the right to classify as non-returnable any personalized goods, made-to-order products, perishable products, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards, digital goods, and any item which, by its nature, cannot reasonably be returned in saleable condition.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items immediately upon delivery.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, if a product appears defective, or if the wrong item has been received, notice must be provided to us within twenty-four (24) hours of the recorded delivery time.

Any such report must include sufficiently clear photographic or video evidence showing both the product condition and the exterior shipping packaging. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

Failure to notify us within this reporting period may result in denial of the claim, as delayed reporting may materially impair our ability to investigate the matter with carriers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

Where a claim is accepted, we reserve the exclusive right to determine the appropriate remedy. This may include replacement, repair, store credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution. Refunds will only be considered where replacement or other reasonable remediation is not available.

6. Refund Review and Processing

Receipt of returned merchandise does not guarantee refund approval.

All returned items are subject to formal inspection, verification, and internal review before any refund determination is made. This review may include examination of product condition, compliance with eligibility requirements, purchase history, order classification, and any other factors reasonably relevant to the assessment.

If a return is approved, any authorized refund will be issued only to the original method of payment used at checkout.

Please allow a reasonable review period following receipt of returned merchandise. Once approved, refund processing times may vary depending on payment processors, financial institutions, card issuers, or intermediary banking systems.

We do not control and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Approval of a refund by us does not guarantee immediate availability of funds in the customer’s account.

7. Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.

Where permitted under this policy, customers seeking a different item, size, or variant must complete a separate purchase. Each order is treated as an independent commercial transaction with its own pricing, inventory allocation, and contractual terms.

8. Limitation of Liability and Reservation of Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any product, order, return request, refund request, shipping dispute, or related transaction shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific item at issue.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of expected savings, inconvenience, loss of business, or any third-party expenses.

We reserve the sole and absolute right to interpret, apply, and enforce this policy. Any determination made by us regarding eligibility, condition, compliance, abuse, or refund approval shall be made in good faith and shall be final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Policy Abuse, Commercial Protection, and Right of Refusal

We maintain a strict policy against misuse of our returns system.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, deny refund requests, reject return submissions, or restrict future purchasing activity where we reasonably believe that a customer has engaged in conduct inconsistent with the intended commercial purpose of this policy.

This includes, without limitation, repeated excessive returns, use of merchandise prior to return attempts, false claims of damage, attempts to return substituted goods, attempts to circumvent discount-related final sale restrictions, or any conduct that we reasonably determine to be abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or commercially unfair.

10. Policy Amendments and Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this policy at any time and without prior notice.

The version of the policy published on our website at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
